Job Description

As our Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face for our patients and the key to keeping our front desk running seamlessly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
  • Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Managing patient inquiries both in person and over the phone

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or a receptionist with a dental background is preferred.
  • D4W experience preferred, not essential.
  • Knowledge in HICAPS, DVA and CDBS preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer software applications.
  • Experience with file keeping and data entry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
