Are you an experienced dental receptionist or professional with a flair for fabulous front desk service? We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic team!
Job Description

As our Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face that greets our patients and the organizational whiz behind our smooth operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Welcoming and assisting patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment book efficiently
• Handling patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Coordinating with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care
• Managing patient inquiries both in person and over the phone
• There will be an aspect of dental assisting, on an ad hoc basis as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting OR
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Dental Receptionist.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using computer software applications.
• Experience with file keeping and data entry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
