This role is essential to creating a positive first impression, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional customer service. The Receptionist will handle a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in administration an asset).
  • Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with office equipment.
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to remain calm, approachable, and effective under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Greet clients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage the front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings.
  • Assist clients with inquiries, provide accurate information, or direct them to the appropriate team member.
  • Support internal teams with office administrative tasks.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
