As a Support Services Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking assistance at our branch. You'll play a crucial role in providing services and information while ensuring inquiries are directed to the appropriate department or individual. Alongside these duties, you'll handle various clerical and data entry tasks to keep operations running smoothly. The pay for this position is $ 22.00 - $25.00 an hour. Requirements Handle all incoming phone calls for the branch, addressing inquiries, directing calls, taking messages, and referring callers to community agencies. Input client information into the computer system. Duplicate and prepare packets as needed. Maintain accurate and current schedules for counseling, medical appointments, and intake appointments, scheduling appointments via computer. Keep procedures related to this role up-to-date. Provide a warm and helpful demeanor to patients and guests both over the phone and in person. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with coworkers, whether over the phone or in person. Ensure that the lobby maintains a safe, calm, and professional environment. Occasionally responsible for scanning and attaching documents. Attend all required staff meetings and unit meetings. Complete Relias trainings, as required. Undertake other support duties and committee involvements as assigned by the Support Manager and Site Supervisor. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent Two years of prior experience, including similar duties; experience in a medical setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills, including proficiency in phone etiquette. Familiarity with office products, equipment, and procedures. Experience with computers, including data entry and record maintenance. Ability to adhere to confidentiality requirements. Excellent organizational skills.
