We’re currently looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to be the face of our office and ensure smooth front-desk operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role (real estate experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude
  • Manage incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take accurate messages
  • Handle general administrative tasks (emails, filing, document preparation)
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Coordinate with internal departments for scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Support the team with day-to-day office operations
