Responsibilities

THIS IS A PERMANENT ON-SITE PART TIME ROLE, MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8.30AM TO 1.05PM OR 12.55PM TO 5.30PM, WITH A MINIMUM OF 2 SHIFTS PER WEEK.

There is only one part time staff member on site at a time with crossover between 12.55pm and 1.05pm daily (management and clients will come and go).

As the “face” of the company, your role will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients, guests and visitors
  • Answering telephones, screening and directing calls
  • Booking and coordinating meetings and room hire
  • Recording and handling daily mail and couriers/packages
  • Attending to new client enquiries
  • General office tasks
  • Ensuring the meeting rooms and front reception areas are kept clean and presentable
  • Maintaining general office and kitchen presentation and cleanlines
