JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist/ Membership Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing member accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, a can do attitude, and have a friendly phone etiquette. This position is crucial in ensuring our members receive the highest level of support and engagement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computerised systems, including Google Suite and QuickBooks.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and member support.

  • Support administrative functions such as filing, organising documents, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance member engagement and retention strategies.
  • Process membership applications and renewals efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality of member information in accordance with data protection regulations.
