Answers telephone and email inquiries and forwards faxes to the appropriate program. Takes telephone messages and forwards them to the appropriate person.
Greet clients, visitors, contractors at the reception desk.
Distribute incoming mail.
Advise visitors of the Center’s Programs.
Photocopy and organize documents for distribution, mailing, binding and filing.
Provide support to the Office Manager/Executive Assistant and to the Mental Health and Addictions Counsellor.
Maintain an accurate and complete trail of supporting documentation for all activities as it relates to the work of the Mental Health and Addictions Counsellor and the Office Manager/Executive Assistant.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients and the community.
Provide clerical support to the accounting team.
Assist the Office Manager/Executive Assistant with preparation for the Monthly Board of Directors Meetings when required.
Assist with the preparation of the AGM.
Provide vacation and sick coverage for the Office Manager/Executive Assistant.
Other duties as assigned.
