Your Purpose as a Receptionist: Answer incoming phone calls and directs caller to appropriate department/individual, or takes a thorough message, if needed. Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit. Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson. Communicates with ALL guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner. Other duties as requested by management. Responsibilities

The Receptionist will be responsible for managing incoming phone calls, directing callers to the appropriate personnel, and warmly welcoming customers to the dealership upon arrival. Duties also include notifying staff when a customer is waiting and ensuring all interactions are conducted in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
