Job Description Receptionist Washington, DC (Onsite) 3 months (temp to hire) Mon -Fri (7:30AM - 4:30PM) Qualifications Provides front desk and administrative support in a professional office environment by managing reception operations, coordinating meetings, assisting visitors, and performing various clerical and customer service functions. Responsibilities • Answered and directed incoming calls using a multi-line phone system while maintaining professional phone etiquette. • Greeted clients, visitors, and guests, ensuring a positive and professional first impression. • Managed visitor check-in procedures and maintained office security protocols. • Scheduled and coordinated conference rooms, meetings, and special events. • Ordered food, beverages, and catering services for meetings and office functions. • Responded to emails and inquiries promptly while providing excellent customer service. • Entered invoices and maintained accurate administrative records and documentation. • Utilized Microsoft Excel to update spreadsheets, track information, and generate reports. • Assisted with general administrative duties including filing, scanning, copying, and document preparation. • Maintained office supplies inventory and coordinated orders as needed. • Supported daily office operations while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Operated standard office equipment, including printers, copiers, scanners, and telephone systems. • Collaborated with internal teams to ensure smooth office workflow and efficient communication. • Maintained organized records and ensured confidentiality of sensitive information.
