THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We’re looking for a personable team player with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoys building relations with others. Adaptable and able to work at pace, you will be diligent and organised in your approach to work whilst being proactive, self-sufficient and show initiative in this autonomous role. You will also be competent using all aspects of information and communications technology. Previous front of house/client service, secretarial and/or admin experience would be desirable.
A key focus will be on meeting and greeting clients and visitors to the office and being a friendly and welcoming first point of contact at mfg. Providing admin support, from opening/closing files to assisting with ID/money laundering checks, you will assist the Office Partner in the effective running of the office and handle appropriate facilities issues that may arise. You will also be required to provide secretarial support from time to time.
