Description
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team at the Midplaza Building in Sudirman, Jakarta. This role is responsible for delivering a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, while efficiently handling administrative and front-desk duties to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization. Responsibilities : Deliver a professional and courteous welcome to all guests, clients, and visitors, ensuring a consistently positive first impression. Manage visitor flow by promptly directing guests to the appropriate departments or personnel. Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries accurately and professionally, escalating matters as required. Maintain excellent personal presentation, communication, and service etiquette in line with company standards and policies. Receive, record, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, documents, invoices, and parcels) in a timely and organized manner. Coordinate meeting room bookings, including scheduling, setup, and ensuring rooms are ready prior to use. Ensure meeting rooms remain clean, tidy, and well-stocked with required supplies. Oversee the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall comfort of the Level 25 lobby area. Minimum Diploma (D3) in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, Hospitality, or a related discipline. At least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office staff is preferred. Well-groomed with a professional appearance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a courteous, service-oriented manner. Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Proficient in email communication and Microsoft Office (especially Word).
