• Greet guests, checking them in and out while providing a quality experience
• Provide information on local attractions and events
• Assist guests with directions around the hotel and in local areas
• Build good relationships with guests, resolving complaints in an effective and courteous manner

• Ability to be rostered over weekdays, weekends and evenings as required and split-shifts
