  • Previous experience in a Front of House or hospitality role is essential.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Manage the client suite, ensuring it is well-maintained and welcoming.
  • Set up audio-visual equipment for meetings and perform meeting room checks to ensure readiness.
  • Oversee the hospitality kitchen, providing teas, coffees, and lunches for clients and staff.
  • Maintain the day-to-day management of the kitchen area, ensuring and cleanliness.
  • Complete various administrative tasks as required, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Participate in food health and safety training (provided and paid for by the company).
  • Adapt to the corporate environment with great personal skills and professionalism.
