In this position, you will play an essential role in representing the company and supporting daily administrative activities. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for the following: Receiving, initiating and transferring telephone calls; providing information requested by customers, suppliers and employees related to the reception activity Taking correspondence and distributing it to employees, as well as sending envelopes and parcels by creating AWBs Documents verification in archiving projects coordinated by the Asset & Services Management Officer, according to internal procedures Carrying out tasks related to protocol, stationery, office work, providing information, receiving, serving and guiding guests to various discussions and negotiations Booking the travel services of the company's employees through the provider with which the company collaborates (hotel rooms, plane tickets, trains, events) Creating reports in SAP for various services and performing the reception in the system Registering contracts in the contract register and their archiving in the DMS system according to internal procedures and regulations Managing contract registers, input-outputs, travel, taxi vouchers and stamps according to internal procedures and regulations Completing reports requested by the Asset & Services Management Officer with the correct relevant information and compliance with the completion deadlines To be successful in the role, you should have: University degree Experience in secretarial / reception activities Focus on performance and attention to detail, organizational skills, team spirit Impartiality and integrity, customer orientation MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems - is an advantage English – conversational level What is in it for you?
