Working within our Corporate Division, you’ll join a collaborative, cohesive team directly contributing to the success of our business every day.
An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Receptionist to join our Corporate Team in our Milton office, in Brisbane. This will be a 12 month fixed term contract.
As the successful candidate, you will have a demonstrable record outlining your strong attention to detail combined with the ability to handle competing priorities to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing visitor traffic in a secure and positive manner and impart on them a professional first impression.
  • Managing all incoming calls and phone messages.
  • Co-ordination of local couriers, incoming and outgoing.
  • Assisting with the sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Administration Coordinator, including assisting the Accounts team with purchase orders and invoicing.

  • Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills, combined with a passion for service delivery.
  • Flexible and positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional presentation as the first point of contact for all staff and visitors.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
