Monkey Tree Holiday Park is a multi-award winning family run park known for its commitment to providing exceptional customer service. We are seeking talented, confident and driven Receptionist to assist our Guest Experience Team here at Monkey Tree Holiday Park for the 2025 season. The ideal candidate will be proactive and support operations to enhance the experience of our guests.
You will be providing an efficient and professional reception service, working to increase all bookings/sales and providing general administrative support.
This is offered on a Seasonal Contract until September 2025, with the potential to extend based on performance. Business hours for reception are 8am to 8pm in peak season from Monday to Sunday, which means flexibility is essential. Desired start beginning March with wage reviewed in April.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively promote holiday homes, upgrades and additional services to enhance the guest experience.
  • Greeting guests and checking them in and out of their accommodation.
  • Providing first-rate, efficient, and flexible customer service.
  • Answering all calls and emails promptly, adequately and in a polite manner.
  • Dealing with all ad-hoc customer queries/complaints, escalating to management as necessary.
  • Working towards sales targets set by your Team Leader.
  • Completing all general administrative duties.
  • Acting as the initial point of contact.
  • Dealing with third party booking agents.
  • Ensuring that all post/deliveries are sent on time.
  • Providing support to other departments where necessary.
  • Handling card payment transactions.
