The Montagu Arms Hotel in Beaulieu is seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join the team at our 33 bedroom, 4-star hotel for 4 days per week (32hrs), to include weekends on a rota basis.
As part of the front of house team, you will provide the warmest of welcomes backed up by effective service, with the aim of always exceeding customer expectations. The role includes overseeing reservations, managing banking processes and active collaboration with other departments.
With 33 sumptuous bedrooms and suites, a fine dining restaurant and Montys; the village pub, we pride ourselves on our relaxed and personable service where the team genuinely care for our guests. Located in the heart of Beaulieu village, nestled among beautifully cared for gardens and the glorious scenery of the New Forest you could not wish for a more lovely work environment.
