This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth operations within the CCC. The role involves supporting call center agents and staff, managing conference rooms, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and capable of working independently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for potential clients and team members. They must be presentable, well-dressed, and carry a pleasant demeanor that reflects the professionalism of our organization. Wage: $15/hr Responsibilities Promptly answer and professionally route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate department or individual while maintaining a courteous and efficient front-line experience. Greet visitors and potential clients upon arrival, ensuring a professional and friendly experience. Provide general information about the CCC and its services. Assist with scheduling and maintaining conference rooms for meetings and training sessions. Support call center agents and supervisors with administrative tasks as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence according to established protocols. Maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors as necessary. Ensure shared spaces (e.g., reception area, conference rooms, and break areas) are organized, stocked, and ready for use. Perform clerical duties to support CCC operations and staff. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Entry-level experience in an office or call center environment preferred. Knowledge of general office practices and procedures. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Strong oral and written communication skills. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
