Job Description

• Ensuring high-quality and seamless guest service, actively contributing to guest satisfaction
• Performing reception duties at a professional level, including cash handling, invoicing, and other administrative tasks in a three-shift work schedule
• Selling hotel services and local programs to enhance guest comfort
