Description We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to support daily front office operations within our production warehouse environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and drivers, while also providing administrative support to office and warehouse staff. Requirements Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records Review customer orders for completeness and accuracy Process payments, including handling cash and card transactions Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain front desk organization and uphold a professional environment Provide administrative support to office and warehouse teams Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Comfortable with data entry and basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, email) Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Reliable, punctual, and professional Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 8am-4:30pm Friday: 6am-2:30pm
