Responsibilities

Are you passionate about customer service and interested in working at a dynamic sports facility? Join our team as a Receptionist at the National Sports Centre, a premier multi-sports facility that provides a wide range of sporting and health opportunities for our community. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing administrative tasks such as processing applications and memberships, operating the computerised till system, and handling various payment methods. You will also monitor stock levels, process retail sales and equipment hire, and ensure the smooth operation of the door entry control system.
Our team is dedicated to delivering excellent customer care, and we’re looking for someone who can promote our products, services, and facilities with enthusiasm. If this sounds like an opportunity you would enjoy, we would love to hear from you!
