We are currently seeking a enthusiastic, welcoming, experienced and confident Individual to join our Reception Team at Ness Walk. We embody the one team approach, full of knowledge and passion we strive for excellence in all that we do, providing genuine highland hospitality.

THE KIND OF PERSON WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• We are looking for an enthusiastic welcoming individual to join our small Reception Team .
• We are looking for someone who can maintain a positive , calm outlook and a friendly approach.
• Can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, pay close attention to detail and a desire to provide exceptional customer service with our Guests.
• When Guests arrive at Ness Walk our team provide a Highland Welcome
• Whilst they are staying with us our Team are on hand to provide them with excellent, friendly and attentive service.
  To be considered for the role as a Receptionist, you must have previous experience of working within a luxury, quality Hotel as a Receptionist. You must have good knowledge of a Front Office System or certainly understand your way around a computer. The Front Office System we use is Reslynx .
  You will be required to work 39 hours per week - 5 days from 7 which includes weekends. Shifts are 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm (approximately) there are some middle shifts 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm depending on our levels of business.
