WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR A RECEPTIONIST TO JOIN THE TEAM IN OUR NEW CARE CENTRE IN GOREY ON A FULL TIME PERMANENT BASIS!
As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our centre. The Receptionist will offer administrative support across the organization, as well as welcoming and greeting people who visit the Care Centre. The Receptionist will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS NEEDED?

This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role and the range of duties, it does not attempt to detail every activity. Given the nature of the work, it must be stressed that maximum flexibility is required to work in the Care Centre. Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder periodically by the Director of Nursing
THIS IS A FULL TIME ROLE WHICH WILL INCLUDE WORKING EVERY SECOND WEEKEND
Multitasking skills are essential for this position. You should be able to deal with multiple priorities in a timely and effective manner.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Reception role will consult with the Director of Nursing and Administrator on a day-to-day basis and serve as a crucial point of contact for any administrative area concerning the Care Centre.
