Description:

Job Title: Receptionist
Duration: This is a temporary role, and it is currently due to last until roughly 31st March 2025
Location: Albion Place, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 5TS
Hours: 22.5 - 37.5 hours per week, 3 – 5 days between Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm
Pay Banding: Band 2 - £12.08 per hour
Trust Location: Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust

THE POSTHOLDER MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

Administrative experience
Good typing skills
Good customer service

JOB DESCRIPTION

The role will involve greeting our service users face-to-face and over the telephone and providing administration support to the community mental health team.
Using the Trust’s patient management system and have access to patients’ records, which will play a key part of your job.
Main Duties of The Job
· Greeting service users face-to-face and over the telephone.
· Making room bookings for Albion Place
· Confidently use electronic communication systems e.g. email and outlook in accordance with Trust policy.
· Be responsible for health and safety of yourself and visitors.
· Upkeep of the reception area, ensuring we are providing up to date information including restocking leaflets etc.
· Responsible for the collating of and distribution of all incoming post and the franking of outgoing post.
· Actively seek service user experience feedback.
· Ability to use Word to produce high quality documents / letters / reports with the accepted accuracy and speed.
· You will have a friendly and approachable manner and good attention to detail.
· You will be able to prioritise and organise work with the ability to meet deadlines.
· Use general office equipment e.g. photocopier, laminator, printer and franking machine.
· Be compliant with Trust mandatory training.
