YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

· Experience in Administration or receptionist role.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
· Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload.
· Microsoft package knowledge – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· NHS Experience (Desirable).
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities
  1. You will be responsible for incoming telephone queries.
  2. Using Medway PAS or any other relevant electronic booking systems arrange appointments for new and follow up clinics, as instructed by the directorate management team medical/nursing staff.
  3. Arrange transport as necessary.
  4. Ensure Referral to treatment patient data quality is accurate at all times.
  5. Deal appropriately with enquiries, by telephone and in person, from staff and the general public, seeking advice or referring elsewhere if necessary.
