Responsibilities
  1. Providing an efficient and professional administrative/reception service across all services in the building.
  2. Handling all aspects of patient appointments via the telephone and face to face.
  3. Cancelling and re-booking clinics / appointments as delegated by Supervisor / Line Manager.
  4. Taking detailed messages via telephone or on reception, deal with them in a timely and efficient way and refer as appropriate.
  5. Amending and sending out clinical documents (e.g. letters).
