YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

· Experience in Administration or receptionist role.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
· Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload.
· Microsoft package knowledge – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· NHS Experience (Desirable).
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Setting up and maintaining new clinic sessions and alter booking rules of existing clinics.
  2. Ensure treatment status codes are applied appropriately and outcomes to clinic sessions are recorded accurately to facilitate payment.
  3. Cancel and rearrange clinic sessions where requested.
  4. Ensure all interested parties are notified of changes to clinic sessions
  5. Ensure all patient case notes are available.
