We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent part time Receptionist, to join our team based at St Lukes Treatment Centre, Market Harborough

  • Hours of Work - 15
  • Thursday & Friday - 8.30 - 16.30
  • Pay £12.18 per hour - £ 23,823.22 per annum (Pro rata for part time hours)
  • Training will be provided

Responsibilities
  • This role will coordinate administrative and secretarial services for the Operations Team including supervision of reception and admin staff and delivery of administrative function in line with policies and procedures, though the provision of supervision and support to the office administrative team.
  • You will also support the team with the management of information gathering, undertaking enquiries, as and when necessary, and preparation of complex documents, presentations and correspondence.
  • To be considered for this role you will have NVQ 3, relevant certification or equivalent experience
