Ninja is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a welcoming demeanor to create a positive first impression while effectively managing administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and courteous reception experience. Coordinate internal company events and activities. Assist employees with basic administrative support. Handle and coordinate with suppliers and service providers. Support office operations and help with general office tasks. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times. Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software. Professional appearance and demeanor. High school diploma or Bachelor degree in business Administration or related field.
