Description:

RECEPTIONIST - NURSING HOME

We are looking for a warm, friendly, and efficient Receptionist to join our nursing home in Sandon/Chelmsford. As the first point of contact for visitors and residents, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere and ensuring the smooth running of our reception area.

  • Answering phone calls
  • Greeting visitors
  • Managing mail and deliveries
  • Providing administrative support to our team

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly and welcoming demeanour
