Description

We are looking to recruit a receptionist/Office Administrator to become part of the team at our Manufacturing facility in Willand.

The role will include but not limited to -

  • Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests.
  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
  • Handling bookkeeping, budgeting and billing cycles for the business.
  • Organising meetings and scheduling appointments.
  • Booking transport and creating dispatch notes and relevant paperwork.
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
  • Raising invoices and credit notes through sage.
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Customer communication and order inputting.

Sage Experience is preferable and some accountancy experience would be advantageous.
You will need to be:
· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Able to manage multiple priorities with flexibility and enthusiasm.
· Work effectively and professionally with staff of all levels.
The role is Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday - 9am to 5pm.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.36 per hour
