Description

The ideal candidate would preferably:

  • Be enthusiastic, professional and have an excellent telephone manner;
  • Be highly organised and have exceptional attention to detail
  • Be a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and to multitask
  • Have proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook. Training in our case management system will be provided.

Responsibilities include:

  • General office administration
  • Meeting and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Management of incoming telephone calls
  • Dealing with correspondence, typing, filing, incoming and outgoing emails, incoming and outgoing post, scanning and photocopying
  • File opening and archiving
  • Preparing briefs for counsel
  • Supporting the solicitors with administrative tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €29,000.00-€30,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Northern Cross, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
