The Role We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at our Head Office. This is a key position within a busy, professional environment, pivotal to ensuring the seamless operation of our office while delivering exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders. As the first point of contact, you will represent a highly professional, organised, and forward-thinking workplace. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanour. Handle incoming phone calls and emails efficiently, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. Manage scheduling and appointment bookings, as well as maintain meeting room calendars. Support the office with general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and mail handling. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Ensure the reception area and office environment are well-organised, presentable, and welcoming. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and communication. . What We’re Looking For At least 5 years’ experience working within a professional office environment. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a welcoming and professional approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general IT systems. A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems efficiently.
