  • Must have the ability to work in a Fast paced office and handle high demand work at times.
  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Managing and filing projects.
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Scanning and emailing.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Maintaining supply inventory.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Office Assistant Requirements:

  • Adobe, Microsoft word and Google Excel experience (1 year Required)
  • Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
