We are currently looking for multiple Receptionist/Admin candidates to Join our Team in
· To carry out general reception duties such as answering the telephone, taking and adjusting customer bookings with our online booking system, accurately recording customer information for bookings and collections and to consistently be completely accurate with payments and transactions through our till system.
· To perform all general maintenance duties for your workspace, including maintenance of coffee machine and all customer areas, to check/report stock to your manager where applicable.
· To ensure the public image set by your leadership team is always adhered to, including personal presentation (uniform where appropriate) and with customer interactions.
· To carry out any promotional requests by the company, this may include leaflet distribution.
· To carry out any reasonable order in the interest of the company.
· To undertake other reasonable duties and training in the interest of the company as required by Management.
Person Specification
