JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, proficiency in Google Suite, and experience in a medical Aesthetic office setting. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, making your role crucial in creating a welcoming environment.
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bilingualism required. Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English & French
  • Previous experience as a receptionist in medical aesthetics office.
  • Strong customer service
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage and answer calls and communication by email
  • Schedule patient appointments and process payments
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records
  • Assist with customer support inquiries, providing information
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as required
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations
