Responsibilities

Front Desk & Office Coordination

  • Be the friendly face and voice of our company—greeting guests, answering calls, and directing inquiries with professionalism.
  • Keep our reception and common areas tidy, welcoming, and fully stocked.
  • Manage meeting room schedules and ensure spaces are set up for success.
  • Handle mail, courier shipments, and office deliveries.

Office Supplies & Organization

  • Monitor inventory levels and keep supplies, groceries, and stationery stocked.
  • Maintain well-organized spaces to support smooth office operations.

Clerical & Team Support

  • Assist departments with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and scanning.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and provide ad-hoc support when needed.
  • High school diploma required; additional studies in administration are a plus.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a receptionist, office assistant, or administrative role.
  • Bilingual: excellent English and French, spoken and written.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Positive, approachable, and a true team player.
