Job Description FRONT OF HOUSE Welcome visitors to the office with energy and professionalism, ensuring they have a five star experience and leave with a positive and lasting impression Manage all enquiries varying from media to consumer complaints (via phone, email, ZenDesk and in person) Oversee stocktaking, order supplies, and manage the administration budget Manage/process purchase orders and invoices associated with the admin budget Coordinate incoming and outgoing couriers and mail distribution for the office Provide high level assistance to the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director and assist other staff as required OFFICE CO-ORDINATION Manage maintenance issues efficiently and supervising and working with contractors as necessary (in conjunction with Office Manager) Support First Aid, WHS, and emergency responses efficiently Co-ordinate all internal office events, conferences, socials and activities from concept to grand finale (both small and large scale, onsite and offsite) Manage national administration and event budgets efficiently and cost-effectively Seek corporate discounts and perks and CSR opportunities for staff Prioritise diversity and inclusion organically, with a strong focus on mental health support and awareness Qualifications 1-2 years of prior experience in a reception, office coordinator role, or a related position in event management Meticulous attention to detail Exceptional customer service experience Highly developed verbal and written communication skills Possesses strong time management & prioritisation skills Proven event coordination experience Additional Information You warrant that: You have read and understand the Privacy Statement and the Red Bull Australia Privacy Policy.
