JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist / Office Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and have experience in office management, customer service, and clerical tasks. This role requires excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, as well as proficiency in various software applications. The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing support to staff and managing daily administrative functions.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not required
  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is advantageous
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced communication capabilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy
  • Demonstrated proficiency in customer service with a strong emphasis on phone etiquette
