Vision Clinic, the largest retail optical in the Niagara Region with locations also in Hamilton is actively seeking a new member to join their team as a Receptionist for our Optometrist in Niagara Falls. You will learn about optics and be immersed in the world of high designer styles and fashion.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Candidate must have excellent phone and customer service skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and be able to multitask and work efficiently.
• Data entry of patient information.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Billing and processing OHIP and insurance.
• Front desk/clerical duties which include filing, scanning, and faxing.
• Recalling patients to book exams, balancing payments and closing the day.
• Patient appointment reminder calls
• Patient pre-testing (will provide training)
• Must have own reliable transportation.
• Fashion-forward, professional attire required

Job Type: Full-Time up to 40 hours per week (Closed Sundays)
