WHAT YOU’LL DO: · Front Desk & Guest Experience Greet and assist visitors, interview candidates, and deliveries. Manage visitor badges, seating, and special requests (rental cars, fitness center access). Handle mail, postage meter, and parking validations. Provide security support for uninvited guests and terminated employees. · Kitchen & Facility Maintenance Stock, maintain, and tidy the kitchen, ensuring it is clean and organized. Submit and follow up on maintenance requests (temperature, lighting, restrooms, elevators, odors, exterminator). Act as point of contact for building management, repairs, and renovations. Serve as Fire Warden for inspections and alarms. · Office Administration & Coordination Support office communications, space planning, employee moves, conference rooms, and special orders. Coordinate with IT on equipment and access badges. Assist with onboarding and termination processes. · Inventory, Supplies & Ordering Track and order all kitchen, office, and executive supplies. Maintain postage supplies and usage reporting. Review and process invoices, assist with expense reconciliations, and handle vendor setup as needed. · Executive & Administrative Support Provide direct support to visiting leadership (stocking, lunch orders, travel bookings, parking forms).
