Space Industries S.p.A., a leading company in the aerospace and satellite technology sector, is seeking two Receptionists for its new representative headquarters located within a prestigious historic building in the heart of Turin. The selected candidates will serve as the first point of contact for guests, partners, and employees of the various companies located on the floor, ensuring impeccable, professional, and high-standard hospitality in an elegant and dynamic environment. Main Responsibilities Welcome employees and guests of the different companies on the floor with courtesy and professionalism. Coordinate daily with internal stakeholders regarding informational, logistical, and space-usage needs. Supervise compliance with the designated areas assigned to each company, in accordance with internal procedures. Manage meeting rooms (booking, preparation, operational support). Coordinate external suppliers for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, ensuring proper execution of activities. Provide organizational support for internal events and institutional visits. Support the CEO’s agenda management and, when required, that of the Executive Team. Manage supply orders and small purchases to ensure smooth operation of shared spaces (office supplies, hospitality materials, miscellaneous items). Maintain order, decorum, and operational continuity of the reception area and common spaces. Previous experience in reception, front office, corporate hospitality, or customer-facing roles. Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. High degree of autonomy and ability to manage priorities effectively. Proficiency in the main IT tools (Office Suite, email systems, meeting-room booking tools). Precision, reliability, discretion, and strong adherence to procedures. Professional appearance, courtesy, and a natural attitude toward hospitality and representation.
