Description

Our client, a family law firm based near Fitzrovia, is looking for a Receptionist/PA to join their team.
Candidates must be immaculately presented and have experience in a front-of-house environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Telephone answering and call management
  • Greeting clients
  • Arranging office lunches
  • Looking after clients pre, during and after meetings
  • Generally being the Front of House and first port of call for all staff, Partners and clients
  • Making sure the office reception, board rooms, and print room are tidy
  • Assisting the Partners with day-to-day tasks and projects and mailbox management if and when required. Organisation of business affairs for Partners.
  • Assisting Partners with personal matters and appointments, as and when requested to do so.
  • Shopping (general for office and for Partners as required)
  • Arranging meetings and keeping a central diary for the firm. Ensuring Partners are kept updated with calendar reminders, deadlines and events
  • General office errands.
  • Ordering of office supplies, stationery, and correspondence with suppliers.
  • Basic PA duties as and when required
