We are recognised for providing excellent medical and cosmetic procedures.
We are seeking a part-time, ad hoc/bank professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be willing to cover weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday shifts and also some evening shifts when required.
Our Receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong clerical skills with proficiency in data entry and office management.
  • Excellent organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
  • Competent in using Medbase and Extranet software is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.

  • Answer phone calls promptly, ensuring excellent phone etiquette while directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
  • Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including managing office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain an organised reception area that reflects a professional image of the company.
  • Support financial operations by assisting with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks when required.
  • Other duties as requested by the line manager.
