Novotel Leicester is seeking a Part-Time Front Office Receptionist on a 24-hour contract.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF…

As a Receptionist, you will be our guests’ first and last point of contact, ensuring a smooth check-in/out process for all. Ensure the Front Office Manager is fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and other departments. Maximise room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation. Experience isn’t essential as training will be given, but knowledge of customer service would be preferred.
We are looking for a Part-time Receptionist (24 hours per week) Based in the Novotel Leicester. You will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
