Medical Optics is a long established, busy and modern medical eye clinic and optician, with patient / customer care at our core.
Due to the recent expansion of our Bray Clinic, we are now accepting application for a part-time Receptionist (4 full days days, 32 hours).
This is an exciting and excellent opportunity for you to work in a unique vibrant setting, to gain new experiences and to develop new skills.

You will enjoy a varied role including:

  • Answering the phone.
  • Responding to emails.
  • Booking and rescheduling appointments.
  • Checking patients in and out, including processing payments.
  • Helping customers select their frames.
  • General administration tasks such as scanning documents, ordering supplies etc.

The successful candidate will have / be:

  • Experience working in a busy, customer facing environment.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Warm, polite, friendly, professional.
  • An enthusiastic personality with a flair for dealing with the public.
  • Lots of initiative.

Salary:
€13.50-€16.50 Depending on experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €13.50-€16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
