JOB OVERVIEW

This part-time position is designed to serve our McMurray office by greeting clients and guests, answering and routing phone calls, monitoring supply levels and placing orders, with some additional clerical duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will have the skills and ability to handle multiple personalities, be punctual and positive at all times, posses solid organizational skills, and be able to multi-task with ease.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Previous experience in reception or customer service role
· Excellent communication skills—verbal and written
· Professional appearance and demeanor
· Superior customer service skills
Job Type: Part-Time, 25 hours/week; Periodic need for additional weekly hours with notice
Work Schedule: Daily, 8:00am-1:00pm
Salary: From $22.00/hour

· Professionally answer multiple phone lines and direct calls to multiple branches and associates as required
· Warmly greet clients and guests when they come into the office and help them to feel comfortable
· Handle inquiries and relay messages
· Maintain client confidentiality
· Provide general clerical support as requested by leadership
· Control office inventory
· Maintain proper appearance of reception area and conference rooms
