  • Greet customers
  • Operate a multi-line phone system in a professional manner and direct phone calls accordingly
  • Process monetary transactions with customers, issue receipts
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to all department managers
  • Administrative duties such as (photocopying, faxing, and filing)
  • Assist in booking appointments over the phone
  • Communicate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
