We are currently seeking a qualified Part-Time facility Receptionist to join our team at Peak Resources Alamance. Typical Work Schedule is: Monday - Thursday 4p-8pm (16 hours per week) Role Responsibilities Performs clerical support in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures and directed by the supervisor. Duties include: Managing a multi-line phone system, taking messages and directing calls. Maintaining a clean organized and secure front desk area. Receiving inquiries and release of information in accordance with established policies and procedures (HIPAA). Greeting visitors, residents, staff, and sales representatives Administrative tasks; such as data entry, scanning, filing, accepting deliveries and sorting mail, and transportation scheduling.
